ABOUT ME

Sammi Stollberg joined the Real Estate team at Better Homes and Gardens Haven Properties Santa Maria in 2025.  She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1998 with a degree in Kinesiology and has since been living on the Central Coast. She has enjoyed helping people through her career in Physical Therapy and is excited to continue that service through the real estate business.  Her interest in real estate began in her teen years when she worked for her family business and helped manage several rental properties.  She lives in Santa Maria with her husband Jim and is proud to now have her twin boys attending Cal Poly SLO.  Sammi has a strong passion for helping others and approaches life and business with a positive attitude.  Sammi enjoys fitness, tennis, spending time at the family ranch in Paso Robles, food, wine, and travel.

I invest time in understanding who you are and what you’re looking for before we even look at properties.  We address your goals and start the search.  It's crucial to maintain open communication throughout the buying process, addressing any concerns promptly. I will strategically negotiate price, repairs and credits on your behalf.  My goal is to be responsive, supportive, and patient from day one through closing and beyond!

SELLING

Before a buyer has stepped through the front door, I have done my homework and know who the potential buyer is.  My tour and presentation of your property is designed for that particular individual. It is never a one-size fits all presentation.  I understand that buyers are purchasing a lifestyle, and that each property has its own unique characteristics. I love creating 'the story' visually though words and photography.

LIFESTYLE PROPERTIES

When making the decision to purchase a lifestyle property, most likely this is a change of pace from your current life.  I can provide personalized property preferences tailored to your desired lifestyle elements. Second, I will conduct a market analysis to help clients understand pricing trends and investment potential in these areas.  We then arrange property tours to showcase the unique features of each location, whether it’s the vineyard’s potential for winemaking, beach access for relaxation, flat usable ground for agriculture or horses, or even proximity to golf courses.  Let's build the dream!
